SHIPPING POLICIES

• Axolotls will be sold and shipped to legal states only.

  
  

• Axolotls will be shipped via USPS overnight shipping. 

  
  

• Orders on axolotls placed on the weekend (Fri-Sun) will be shipped the following weekday to assure live delivery.

  
  

• Please allow 2 days to fast your axolotl before shipping.

  
  

• If your axolotl is D.O.A (dead on arrival), please contact me with a picture of the axolotl still in its original packaging and I will either replace the axolotl or refund you minus the shipping cost.
