Terms of Service
The client hereby agrees to these terms upon commissioning or purchasing from the artist (Ellie Jewkes/AspenWynd/WindWolf).
General Terms:
– I have a learning disability; dyscalculia. Be aware that this may sometimes affect my ability to conceptualize vague descriptions and handle sums
– Once a commission request has been sent the client must respond within 24 hours or the commission slot will be given to someone else
– I will not accept a commission if I am sent an NSFW (not safe for work) reference
– I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
– I will not begin work on any commissioned piece until I have received full or partial payment
– Weekends are my days off and I will not work on commissions or respond to messages until the following Monday
– By commissioning me you acknowledge my level, style, and skill and are aware of what you are getting (if you don’t like my art then do not commission me)
What I WILL draw:
ferals (preferred)
anthros
weres
dragons
taurs
Skeksis
Irkens
Pokémon
fanart
fanart x OCs
gore
pinups/minor NSFW including tasteful nudity (not preferred)
What I WON’T draw:
humans or highly-humanoid characters
fetishes (even if they seem innocent) including vore, zoo, diaper, scat, tickling, inflation, etc.
cars and other machinery
cityscapes
some manmade things (complex architect, robots, complex furniture)
political art
hate art
Terms on Artwork:
– I will accept commissions from minors (anyone under the age of 18), although their parents and/or legal guardians must be okay with it
– I do not authorize my art to be sold as or for crypto currency including NFTs
– There will be no refunds given once the piece is fully paid for unless the work cannot for any reason be completed by myself (AspenWynd)
– If the client is unhappy with the work I may edit a few minor things (colors, markings, some anatomical structure, etc.), although no refund will be given and the piece will not be redrawn entirely
– The owner of the commissioned piece has rights to upload it for themselves and alter it as they see fit, however they may not claim it as their own work or sell prints unless the client wishes to purchase the copyright for an extra fee
– I reserve the right to sell prints
– Commissions will be completed in the order they are placed (given that they have been paid for), although I will occasionally work with deadlines
– WIPs may be requested on orders totaling $50 or more
– General turnaround time ranges from 1 week to 1 month. I will post public notifications or contact you privately if there are any delays
Terms on Fursuits:
– All minors (anyone under the age of 18) must have parental permission to commission or purchase a suit (you may have your parents and/or legal guardians contact me personally)
– Any minor who fraudulently commissions or purchases a fursuit from me will be blacklisted
– I require a 20% minimum down-payment before I will begin work on any suit or suit part
– Please allow a minimum of 1 month before your suit can be started
– No refunds will be given once a suit or suit piece is completed and delivered.
– If a suit or suit part arrives to you damaged or you are unhappy with an aspect of the suit you may send it back and I will repair and/or edit it before sending it back to you (I will not make free repairs or edits after a period of 30 days)
– If you choose to cancel a fursuit commission after you have paid I will refund you half of the payment but I will keep the suit, alter it (so that it no longer resembles your character) and sell it
– The owner of an AspenWynd fursuit may sell it if they wish, although I would prefer credit still be given for the construction of the suit
– I will not add strategically-placed-holes or anything else that would that would be considered “adult”
– If a fursuit is altered in that it is considered “adult” (ie. murrsuits) then I request that it no longer becomes associated with myself or my brand
